McTeacher’s Night Agreement

  • This agreement allows

  • to receive
  • percent of all sales between the hours of 4p.m. and 7 p.m. on
  • at the McDonald’s restaurant located at
  • Your school is responsible for:

    • Promoting your event at school and to parents and other school supporters (Hint: your success depends on how well YOU PROMOTE this event at your school).
    • Gathering a minimum of SIX (6) teachers/staff to assist throughout the event. ( Please fill in schedule attached.)
    • Arriving FIFTEEN (15) minutes early (3:45 p.m.) for training.
    • Having the principal work one of the registers or host in the lobby. (Principal must be present.)
    • Dressing casually and comfortably (e.g., NO open-toe shoes or heels).
    • Returning the real-estate signs that were provided for advertising.
    • School needs to count TIP JAR at McDonald’s and provide the dollar amount before leaving store.

  • McDonald’s is responsible for:

    • Providing staff to train principal and teachers.
    • Assisting school throughout the evening.
    • Making McDonald’s a “FUN” place for families to visit.
    • Providing real-estate signs for advertising.
    • Providing flyers for advertising.
    • Processing and presenting a check to the school for the below mentioned amount. (Approximate four-week waiting period).
    • School will also get a copy of this contract signed by both parties the night of the event.
